Interprofessional Community Clinic

The Interprofessional Community Clinic (ICC) at Rosalind Franklin University is offering telehealth appointments for medicine, physical therapy and behavioral health. To make an appointment, please call 847-578-8501 and leave a voice message with your full name and phone number, or email us at ici@rosalindfranklin.edu. If you are a new patient, please leave your mailing address and phone number, and we will mail you paperwork to complete before your first appointment.

The ICC is open for in-person visits.

If you need immediate care, please call 911 or go to your local ER/urgent care clinic. You can also visit the Lake County Health Department & Community Center.

Location

We offer interpretation services for our Spanish-speaking patients. Interpreters receive training and will remain with the patient throughout their appointment. Patients who need interpretation assistance should mention it when making an appointment.
