Experience

I have been employed as a registered nurse for over 20 years. I have worked in a hospital setting in maternity services in labor and delivery, postpartum, circulating nursing and assisting with lactating mothers. I spent many years as a triage nurse in a busy ob/gyn practice doing patient education, Dexa scans, phlebotomy, scheduling, ordering supplies, overseeing nursing staff. I have also worked in a skilled nursing facility and done some home care. I obtained my Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) degree in August of 2022 and have completed my certification.

Throughout my graduate program I have obtained a variety of clinical experiences with over 650 clinical hours and seeing 800 or more patients. My clinical settings included outpatient family practice in primary care, obstetrics/gynecology, and orthopedics office and operating room.

I am excited to begin my career as an advanced practice registered nurse in the field of Reproductive Immunology.
